Officially my business card says that I’m a web designer. That’s true if you include the non-visual aspects of design that most people overlook, like functionality and communication of information. I have a nice arrangement at work where I have input on visual design and am involved in all aspects of thinking about our sites. But I really have full reign over CSS (my favorite) and other front end code, which suits me perfectly.
